It generally takes maximum of 3 business days for the product to arrive if you are situated in any major cities in India, but you are from any of the II/Tier III towns it will require 3-5 business days. For all other part of the country it generally takes 7-10 business days.

If you face any such undesirable situations then nothing to worry about. All you need to do is to just e-mail us on XXs@XXX.com mentioning your purchased order number or PayU/EBS transaction ID. We will initiate immediate reversal process and your money will be credited to your bank account within 3-4 business days.

Once the purchase order is confirmed you will get an auto generated email with your shipment details and tracking id. You will also get the tracking URL of the respective courier service through which you can track your order in real time.

Cancellation of any order is never going to be difficult , all you need to do is to just send an e-mail to XX@XXX.com mentioning your reference numbers and order ID. If the product is not been shipped yet, your order will automatically get cancelled otherwise you need to send the product back along with price tag intact. You can also opt for exchange option if needed.

We do have cash on delivery (COD) option available in our website. This option is available in many cities which depend on the pin code though. Not every pin code will get this benefit. Once you put your pin code at the time of purchase our system will automatically show you the availability.

Yes, there is a comfortable return option that we offer to our customers. We have a window of 15 days starting from the date of delivery to return your products for valid reasons. But not all the products come under this range. Products such as lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics etc won’t be returned back once purchased due to hygiene issues.
